How to cancel an order?
If you have ordered online, your order can be cancelled before shipment of the items. The full order sum will be refunded to you if the order has been paid. If the item you ordered is shipped, but not yet delivered, you may still cancel the order. Your refund is processed once the original product has been returned from the courier. How long does cancellation of orders take?
If you ask to cancel your order, we must ensure that the minimum possible period of time for canceling the order and reimbursing is set. Regular updates are informed to you. If you have not received your order, but we understand that you simply refuse delivery and as soon as we return our delivery, we will process your refund if you accept the goods already. If you have received the items, then please return the products to us at the following return address and we will process your reimbursement as soon as we receive the cancelled goods.
