How to return a product?
If for any reason, including any change of mind, you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return the product and request a full refund, subject to the following terms and conditions. You can also return only part of your order if several items have been ordered. We will not be responsible for any products returned to us by mistake. We offer a full refund of the products ordered by you, no questions asked. Return requests must be made within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date the original order was issued.
To return any of our products within 28 (twenty eight) days of receipt of delivery :
Prepare products for return: Please place the items in the original container or cover them with the good packaging materials securely when appropriate.
Write a mailing label and return the products including a copy of the dispatch note:

Unless you received free goods with your order, then we reserve the right to subtract the retail price of your item from any refund. Such items must also be returned otherwise. We can accept all returns, substitutions and exchanges within 28 (twenty eight) days of the day the delivery of the product as per the original order is sent.
How to do replacement?
You can order a replacement without extra cost if you have received any product in a ‘ damaged ‘ condition. All substitute orders must be made within 28 (twenty eight) days of the date of the initial order delivery. Brand substitution is subject to inventory availability with us. If the product is out of stock, just wait until the products are available or a complete refund for the products will be given.
How to exchange?
You will order an exchange when you are not happy with the goods shipped to you. Any exchange requests for any product ordered and shipped to you shall be made within 28 (twenty eight) days from the delivery date of the original order. You can exchange or substitute for another product of the same or higher value that you have ordered. You will actually be paying the delivery charges for transactions. Exchange shall be subject to stock availability with us. You can receive the full refund for your order if the product you want to order is out of stock.
Refunds:
Your refund will be handled shortly after you have returned the goods to us. Reimbursements are returned to the same payment / account used for the transaction and purchase. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days from the time the goods are received. You will be refunded delivery charges of the products ordered by you, if :
You got the wrong product, or A faulty or defective product has been received. You are exercising your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations cooling off period.
